  • More than 40 years of extended experience in realization of projects, of which more than 27 years in the oil & gas industry all around the world especially in remote areas of difficult countries
  • He filled all the relevant positions along his brilliant life career, from supervision to management to direction
  • He worked directly and in consultancy with the worldwide major oil & gas companies.
  • Retired from ENI (Italian major oil & gas), he decided to work few years with medium companies and than to open his own business and consulting companies

  • Formation of new companies, definition of JV and strategic agreements, debottlenecking of engineering and construction projects, contract management (including change management and claims), project control, financials.

Strategic Business Development

AMC is instrumental in providing strategic business development support for the penetration into new markets and the expansion of the Client’s footprint in existing markets with new products and lines of business. ADM specializes in frontier countries as well as mature markets, and it has an extensive coverage of the MENA region and Sub-Saharan Africa. For all those Clients looking for developing their commercial network and expand their presence into new markets, ADM provides a wide range of services to cater for all the needs, which can be summarized as detailed below.

Competitive analysis of new markets / products

  • Definition of business development targets and analysis of new markets, including competitive analysis of current demand vs offer in the target segment
  • Issuing of business plans based on Client’s requirements and market analysis, including support to secure external financing.

Definition of commercial and operational strategy

  • Specification of commercial targets and definition of the strategic operational approach to ensure lean operations in line with market needs and Client’s requirements.

New Company formation

  • Support in the definition of the most appropriate commercial vehicle(s) to carry out the operations, such as but not limited to the support in the formation of the required commercial entity (Branch of foreign Company, Limited Liability Company, etc.) to legally operate in the target market.
  • Identification of potential local Partners and Sponsors, as required, to facilitate the operations and leverage on existing assets and facilities, as reasonably possible and suitable to Client’s requirements.

Commercial and Proposal

Prequalification in Customers’ databases to receive Requests for Quotation (RFQ)

  • Preparation of the Prequalification package
  • Management of the Prequalification process

Preparation of Proposals, including estimation

  • Analysis of the ITT requirements and definition of potential strategies for a competitive proposal
  • Management of the proposal process, including but not limited to issuing of technical documentation, commercial estimation, definition of exclusions and qualifications

Commercial negotiations and issuing of Contracts

  • Support to and/or direct negotiation of Customers’ contracts on behalf of the Client within the parameters set by the Client

Contract Execution
